CAR RENTAL CONDITIONS

Age restrictions:

• Customer must be over 21 years of age
• Driving experience must be more than 3 years

List of necessary documents:

• Passport
• Driver's license

Methods of payment and deposit:

• -Payment is made in cash or cashless payment
• -The customer pays for the whole period of rent of the car
• -The car rental fee must be paid before the start of the trip.

Deposit (Security Deposit)

• -The amount of the security deposit (deposit) for the vehicle depends on the model.
• The security deposit is refunded immediately after the vehicle is returned. (For non-residents, the refund is processed after 14 days.)
• -The vehicle is issued and returned in accordance with the handover report.

Mileage requirements:

• -Daily mileage is not more than 250km
• -An additional fee applies for out-of-city travel..

The territory of movement:

• -The vehicle may only be used within the city of Astana and its surrounding areas. An additional fee applies for travel outside of the city limits.
• -Only the Renter holds the right to drive.

Insurance conditions:

• Our cars are unilaterally insured one-way,only covers the damage of the injured party. 

Rental period:

• -The rental term is considered to begin at the signing of the vehicle hand over certificate
• -The return of the vehicle must be made no later than one hour after the last day of the rental period. A later car return will take a extra pay for additional hours.

Additional services:

• -Driver's services: One hour = 1200 KZT; 24 hours = 12 000 KZT
• -Bodyguard services: One hour = 6 000 KZT; 24 hours = 60 000KZT
• -Interpreter services (simultaneous interpretation): One hour = 25 000 KZT; 24 hours = 100 000 KZT
• -Interpreter services (consecutive interpretation):One hour = 13 000 KZT; 24 hours = 70 000 KZT
• -Guide services: 2-hour program – 10,000 KZT; 3.5-hour program – 15,000 KZT
• -Attention! The services are not rendered without a rental car
