CAR RENTAL CONDITIONS

Age restrictions:

-Customer must be over 21 years of age

-Driving experience must be more than 3 years

List of necessary documents:

-Passport

-Driver's license

-A valid international driving license

Methods of payment and deposit:

-Payment is made in cash or cashless payment

-The customer pays for the whole period of rent of the car

-The deposited amount depends on the car model

-The deposit will be refunded within 14 working days

 

Mileage requirements:

-Daily mileage is not more than 250km

-Repeat a mileage of 1km from 2aed.

The territory of movement:

-Car can be used throughout the UAE 

-Only the Renter is allowed to drive the vehicle

Insurance conditions:

-All cars are fully insured 

Rental period:

-The rental term is considered to begin at the signing of the vehicle hand over certificate

-The return of the vehicle must be made no later than one hour after the last day of the rental period

-A late car return will incur a rental charge for additional hours

Additional services:

-Driver's services: 

One hour = 50 aed

24 hours = 500 aed

-Interpreter services: 

hour = 100 aed

24 hours = 1000 aed

-Guide services: from 200 AED
